The Fishery is managed by Fisheries WA to ensure its sustainability. The fishery produces some of Western Australia’s best fish including:

- Spangled Emperor
- Saddletail Snapper
The Fresh Fish is delivered to Exmouth for processing to Export quality standards. Our convenient 500 gram vacuum sealed packs are designed to provide ‘fresh fish quality’ with extended shelf life so you can enjoy any time of the year.
